Delivery Times and Shipping
Our teams process and ship orders from Monday to Friday.
The total delivery time includes processing and shipping:
Processing time: between 24 and 72 business hours after order confirmation.
Delivery time: 7 to 13 business days.
During periods of high demand or in exceptional circumstances such as logistical restrictions weather conditions or other external factors an additional delay of 3 to 4 days may occur.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be sent by email as soon as the package is dispatched.
